How much does delivery cost?▼
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 per order. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. In rare cases, certain remote locations (e.g. Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands) may cost more—if so, we'll contact you before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?▼
Most orders arrive in 2–5 working days after dispatch. Some products dispatch direct from our suppliers. We’ll email tracking info if available.
Do you deliver outside the UK?▼
We currently only deliver within the UK. For overseas orders, please email peter.lea@showgo.co.uk.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?▼
Private consumers have a legal right to cancel and return most new products within 14 days of receiving their order (“cooling-off period”). Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Do not send goods back before receiving authorisation and instructions—many returns must go direct to our supplier. Custom or special order goods, opened consumables, and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I request a return?▼
Email peter.lea@showgo.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Wait for our instructions before sending anything—returns without approval may not be accepted.
What if my order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?▼
Please check your order immediately. If there’s damage, a fault, or it’s wrong, email within 3 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

How are returns different for business/trade customers?▼
Returns for businesses, theatres or organisations are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods and require authorisation. Unwanted returns: only if our supplier approves and restocking fees (typically 20%) apply.
