At ShowGo, we aim to get your order to you safely, promptly, and at a fair price—wherever you are in the UK.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 per order
  • Free Delivery: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard UK delivery
In rare cases, certain remote UK locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands) may require a supplementary shipping fee. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra charges or discuss options. If no surcharge is agreed, your order will be refunded in full.

Delivery Service & Timeframes

  • Delivery method and courier may vary depending on the product, location, and supplier. Most orders are sent via tracked delivery service.
  • Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days from dispatch, but exact timescales may vary.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers or manufacturers.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock and supplier lead times.
  • You’ll receive delivery updates or tracking information where available.

Delivery Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address details.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If you are not available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Redelivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.

International Delivery

  • International delivery is not currently available through our website. For queries about overseas shipping, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.
